Terms & Conditions

  • Every Package of Ours includes Water, Plates, Glasses, Serving
  • Breakfast Shall be delivered by 8:00 AM, Lunch shall be delivered by 12:30 PM and Dinner Shall be delivered by 8:00 PM
  • Incase of 100 members or above orders - Complimentary of 10% Plates shall be given, apart from that Each and Every Plate shall be Charged as per Menu Rate Fixed
  • Upto 5 kms Surrounding Transportation Costs are Free, Delivery above 5 kms range will be charged as per the distance.
  • Aaku Vaddana Serving Persons (Brahmins) Shall be Charged Separately on Per Person Basis
  • Incase of Weddings or any Function Hall Parties, all the Material required for Cooking and Serving purposes i.e., utensils for cooking, hot dishes, Cutlery for Serving, should be given by Function Hall management only
  • All Payments in Function Halls i.e., rental charges for any utensils/cutlery, Cleaning Persons, shall be borne by Customer himself
  • Tent House Material i.e., Tents, Chairs, Wash basins, Dustbins, Carpets, side walls, stage, all shall be arranged by us at an extra Cost which needs to be paid by Customer himself
  • Customer needs to Pay 10%v as Token Advance for confirmation, 50% 1 week before the date of program and balance amount after completion of the program
  • Changes in Date of Program shall be entertained only 1 week before the program without any additional charges, amount paid as advance shall be kept on hold with us 
  • Cancellation of Program Shall be entertained only upto 1 week before without any additional charges
  • 5000/- or Advance amount Paid shall be forfeited incase of cancellation of program if program date is in less than a week
